6th Grade
MSDLT 6th graders who will attend Fall Creek Valley Middle School may participate in our athletic program during 6th grade. The sports below are open to 6th graders:
Fall Sports: Tennis, Cross-Country, Soccer
Winter Sports: Wrestling, Swimming
Spring Sports: Track & Field
MSDLT 6th Grade students who participate in middle school sports to be transported to their future middle school.
A completed IHSAA Pre-Participation Physical must be on file in the athletic office to participate in FCV's athletic programs. The physical form can be downloaded here.
